Hurley Medical Center needed help aligning their advertising efforts with business objectives. There were also significant gaps in understanding what advertising efforts were effective, collecting and analyzing data, and understanding how to quantify the budget for reaching target audiences.
Focusing first on increasing registrations for elective surgeries. We brought in one of our partners and worked collaboratively to define a strategy and gain an understanding of the needs of the advertising campaigns. This information provided alignment on how we would accurately market to the audience, and gather and analyze data to make meaningful business decisions around messaging, performance, and financial spend. This process has become a repeatable model for future Digital Advertising campaigns and initiatives at Hurley.
