After a change in leadership, and the addition of several new employees, there was a desire to bring the Foundation and Hospital together in a more cohesive and intentional way and build synergies between the ways the foundation is supporting the hospital and the city of Flint. Additionally, it was important to create operational efficiencies by leveraging the Hurley Medical Center digital infrastructure and processes to empower and align internal teams.
We facilitated a series of interviews with key members of the Hurley Foundation staff and leadership to clearly define shared goals success metrics. Our team provided a Context Mapping workshop where we aligned internal teams around the Hurley Foundation’s key audiences. This was foundational to the creation of a shared, and prioritized roadmap for the work ahead.
