The marketing and editorial team at BioLogos wanted to evaluate their content for effectiveness, and to work through the process of rewriting it to better align with key audiences. With a website that contains over 6,000 pages, this was a daunting challenge.

They were also facing significant challenges with the user’s search experience and findability of content. Their content management system had also been customized in ways that made it very difficult to maintain and make changes.

We established a support agreement that would allow us to help the BioLogos team work into the larger and more difficult tasks while still being able to support immediate needs and solutions that would have a positive impact for their key audiences. Through a series of alignment workshops and helping to identify small projects with immediate positive impact we have been able to equip and empower the BioLogos teams for success.
